Delivery Information & Returns Policy
Prices for shipping will vary depending on the size and weight of the product purchased. Larger signs may require a courier delivery - discussed upon order.
Designing and manufacturing processing time:
The time needed to design and prepare an order for dispatch varies. In most cases please allow up to 5 working days for artwork to be sent and up to 7 working days for manufacture, powder coating & packaging after artwork approval for dispatch.
Estimated postage times: (These are in addition to designing and manufacturing times stated above)
United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
USA & Canada: 2-4 weeks
Europe: 5-8 business days
Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-4 weeks
Most parcels are shipped via Royal Mail or Hermes and sent signed for delivery to ensure safe arrival of your product. The company chosen will hand over your parcel to international delivery partners for any overseas shipments.
We strive to meet these estimates, but can't always guarantee them. Actual delivery times may depend on delivery companies and various factors outside both our and their control. Always get in touch if you have questions about delivery.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. FortisAl Signs are not responsible for delays due to customs. If you are unsure if you will be charged import duty outside of the UK please contact your local customs office.
Returns and Exchanges:
As all our products are bespoke, unfortunately returns aren't accepted unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Please follow the procedure below:

Send items back within: 14 days of delivery
Exchanges or cancellations:
Please get in touch if you have any problems with your order via E-mail.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective;
- Custom made or personalised orders (House Signs)
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Statutory rights are unaffected.
